Class List

We offer a variety of group fitness classes to enhance your fitness experience. Our instructors provide an upbeat, energetic atmosphere to keep you motivated and moving in each class. All members are welcome to attend any class, based on space availability. Non-members are welcome to attend for a per class fee.
