She has been teaching yoga since 2014, and will finish her 200hr RYT this summer. Her favorite part about teaching yoga is seeing students gain confidence in themselves, and allowing themselves to try new things and succeed. Carly uses her background of gymnastics and teaching experience in each of her classes. Students can expect a fun, laid back environment, where they can relax, try something new, and smile. When she’s not doing yoga, you can find Carly spending time with her husband and three children. Namaste!
