ASK Fitness’s Kinetics program is the longest-running in the region, with over 19 years of experience training athletes in Minot and delivering proven results.
We use the latest technology and training techniques while partnered with the nationally renowned training franchise Athletic Republic. Key components include our proprietary generation I l l super speed treadmills along with our pro multi-hip, and Plyo presses to separate you from the rest of the competition!
ASK Performance Signature Summer Program
Our 10-week summer program is the time to take your game to the next level! This is when you get the edge you’ve been looking for! After completing our summer training regimen, with your hard work and consistency, you can expect to take 2 to 4 tenths of a second off a 40-yard dash, add 2-5″ to your vertical jump, along with drastically improve your lateral agility speed, and explosiveness! While also adding significant gains to your one-rep max in our strength categories.
ASK Fitness offers 2 days, 3 days, or 4 days per week session packages for the summer.
Packages
Package #1
- 2 Sessions Per Week
- Each week includes one speed training session on our treadmills, plus one movement/strength session.
- $350 for the 10-week program
Package #2
- 3 Sessions Per Week
- Each week includes one speed training session on our treadmills, plus two movement/strength session.
- $525 for the 10-week program
Package #3
- 4 Sessions Per Week
- Each week includes two speed sessions on our treadmills, plus two movement/strength sessions
- $675 for the 10-week program
Optimum Speed Program
- Looking for speed? This package is specifically designe to increase speed in a short order. Two training days per week on our generation III super treadmills will get the speed results you’ve been looking for! Don’t miss this special opportunity program dedicated exclusively to speed.
- $360 for the 10 week program
