Bio
Samantha graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2008 with a B.S. in Health Ecology. She then moved to Minot and joined the team at ASK in 2009. She has been pursuing her career goals as a fitness professional for the past eight years and went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Public Health in 2016. Samantha is nationally certified by NASM and has recently taken a position teaching at Minot State University. Her passion for fitness continues to improve the overall quality of life for each of her clients.

Bio
A graduate of Minot State University, B.S. in Corporate Fitness with a Minor in Business Management, Craig started with ASK immediately following his graduation. Craig’s experience includes the inception of ASK in the early days of the mobile acceleration program. His extensive experience with sports performance as well as personal training adds a professional dynamic that keeps his clients coming back for more!

My name is Laurie Schachtschneider. I’m 54 years old and have 2 great kids and a wonderful son in-law. I’m married to a loving and yes a very understanding man. I’ve been on several different journeys in life but the path that has been consistent for me is my passion for fitness. I’ve competed in three figure competitions since turning 50 and I am currently training for for my fourth competition which happens Oct 8th. On my next journey I’ve decided with encouragement from family and friends to take what I have learned over the years and share it with others as a personal trainer.

I went to high school here in Minot where I played several sports and was even fortunate enough to play at the collegiate level for several years. I am currently finishing up my degree at MSU in Corporate Fitness. A great deal of my experience is in working with athletes and improving strength and performance. I also have competed in both the NASA powerlifting federation and the NPC for bodybuilding. I look forward to working with you!

Some things I like to do in my spare time are biking, fishing, reading and of course, working out. I was born and raised in Buchanan, ND and I am currently attending MSU majoring in Corporate Fitness and Biology. I became interested in fitness and wellness during my time in the military. I am positive, upbeat, and believe in total body wellness. It’s not just about looking better; it’s also about creating a positive association with choosing to live a fit life. I enjoy golfing, bingo, baking, and my dogs Duke and Argus. Needless to say I enjoy my “me” time at the gym as well.
