Bio
A graduate of Minot State University, B.S. in Corporate Fitness with a Minor in Business Management, Craig started with ASK immediately following his graduation. Craig’s experience includes the inception of ASK in the early days of the mobile acceleration program. His extensive experience with sports performance as well as personal training adds a professional dynamic that keeps his clients coming back for more!

My name is Jared Gladback. I was born and raised in Minot, and am currently attending MSU for a biology degree. Some things I like to do in my spare time are biking, fishing, reading and of course, working out. I fell in love with fitness a few years ago, and I love helping others on their journey to becoming fit. I’m very easy going and I like meeting new people!

Alex Streets is an active duty military member and currently an Air Force certified physical trainer. He also holds a personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).  His passion for the gym has transitioned from trying to better himself to helping others become better. He enjoys helping people to achieve all their health and fitness goals. He has extensive knowledge in (but not limited to) weightlifting and resistance training, and my main focuses are on safety, technique, and proper form.

Michael is an Active Duty military member of the Medical Corp aspiring to pursue a career in personal training. A certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine had led him to place emphasis on evidence-based training, corrective exercise, and optimistic attitudes. He possesses personal experience and knowledge in resistance training, competition preparation, specialized nutrition, athletic performance, rehabilitation tactics, and group training instruction. Regardless of what your fitness goals may be (I.e. increased athletic capability, fat loss, muscle growth, increased overall health, etc.) Michael will provide a personalized approach to enabling you for success.
