“The pictures show is a difference of about 65lbs and 18 months. The picture on the left is me at about 310-315lbs and the pictures on the right are me at my current weight of 250lbs. I was expected to maintain a certain weight due to sports but once that came to an end I realized I could no longer justify carrying around that much weight nor did I want to.

This is also around the time that I began to help with the kinetics program at ASK and knew I needed to make a change if I wanted to be taken seriously in the field that I was going to school for being fitness. Bio
A graduate of Minot State University, B.S. in Corporate Fitness with a Minor in Business Management, Craig started with ASK immediately following his graduation. Craig’s experience includes the inception of ASK in the early days of the mobile acceleration program. His extensive experience with sports performance as well as personal training adds a professional dynamic that keeps his clients coming back for more!

Bio
Liam Nelson is a graduate from Minot State University with a B.S in Corporate Fitness and Wellness Management. Liam began his practicum hours with ASK Fitness in the Sprint of 2021. He loved the atmosphere in the group kinetics setting as well as training his clients. After completing his practicum hours, Liam was hired at ASK and continued to train both athletes and clients.
