Bio
I am a Wyoming native and moved to Iowa where I met my now husband. He enlisted in the US Army where we traveled for many years. I stayed home and raised our two beautiful children. Not long after we found ourselves in Minot, we found ASK and made it our second home. The environment and the employees were so welcoming, informative, and encouraging, I knew I wanted to be a big part of it. I am a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher and have a big passion for Crossfit, Olympic, and Power Lifting. I am so lucky to be able to come to work everyday to be submerged in people who are determined to make themselves better, stronger, and healthier!

Cris Williams

Bio
I was introduced to Zumba and quickly became a regular. Inspired to teach, I received Zumba certification in September 2010 and have been teaching ever since then. I strongly believe in the power of music to transform both mind and body and that dancing is a way to relieve stress and enrich the spirit. My goal is to provide a class that maintains high physical requirements with flexibility for each individual, allowing for modifications as needed. Expect a mix of Latino rhythms with high-energy cardio routines in my class. If you are looking to burn calories, get your heart pumping, define some muscle, and of course have fun, Zumba is the class for you!

Annika Larson

Yoga Instructor
701-839-3139

Bio
My name is Annika and I am a Minot native. I have been practicing yoga off an on for about the last 3-4 years. I found my love for yoga again about a year and a half ago thanks to my friend and co-teacher, Amber. I had gone through a rough time and yoga really helped me find my inner strength and I learned a lot about what I’m capable of. What I love about the yoga community is that everyone is welcoming and encouraging and I wanted to share that with others, too! I love helping others succeed and become a better version of themselves on and off the mat. I will finish my 200 hour RYT at the end of March. I like teaching a variety of classes, where all levels can practice and not be intimidated. When I’m not on my mat, you can find me at my chiropractic clinic, or planning my next adventure. Namaste!

Amber Senn

Yoga Instructor
701-839-3139

Bio
I am originally from Ohio and moved here with my husband who grew up in Granville. I began practicing yoga in Ohio in 2007 as a way to keep mobility and build strength in my back as hereditary degeneration became more apparent. I traveled for work and was lucky enough to be able to practice many varied styles in studios across the country. I instantly fell in love both the physical and mental benefits of yoga. I decided I wanted to pursue teaching yoga so that I could share my love of yoga and help others realize that yoga is truly for everyone and every body type, and will complete my 200 hr RYT in March. Yoga has given so much to me and has helped me so much both physically and mentally; I want everyone to be able to experience the benefits in their lives as well. I love seeing my students find new things that they didn’t think were possible for them to do, both on the mat and off, and to feel the benefits of their practice in their daily lives. Students can expect a variety of class styles, a fun and relaxing environment with plenty of variations and modifications so any level can practice. When I’m not practicing, I’m usually hanging out with my husband and our giant rescue dogs, currently 2 Great Danes and my cats (they aren’t fans of my husband 😂!). Namaste!
