Samantha Bryans

  • img_3032-1 Samantha graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2008 with a B.S. in Health Ecology. She then moved to Minot and joined the team at ASK in 2009. She has been pursuing her career goals as a fitness professional for the past eight years and went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Public Health in 2016. Samantha is nationally certified by NASM and has recently taken a position teaching at Minot State University. Her passion for fitness continues to improve the overall quality of life for each of her clients.

Colton Razo

  • img_3035-1 I went to high school here in Minot where I played several sports and was even fortunate enough to play at the collegiate level for several years. I am currently finishing up my degree at MSU in Corporate Fitness. A great deal of my experience is in working with athletes and improving strength and performance. I also have competed in both the NASA powerlifting federation and the NPC for bodybuilding. I look forward to working with you!
